We have signed an agreement with IRNTU, conduct practical training for students, teach 2 disciplines. But there is something else at the university that we could not pass by — practice-oriented project training. Therefore, since 2022 we have been mentors in the project activities of students of the direction of Computer Science and Computer Engineering of the Institute of Information Technology and Data Analysis.
Our HR team has prepared and adapted real projects for working with students on production automation and creating an IT solution for the company’s ecosystem. For 9 months, we will meet weekly with students, organize and direct their work in teams on projects. The best students will receive an invitation to practice with us. And in practice, we involve students in large, real projects, for example, the digital transformation of flour milling and automation of food production. The most interested will have the opportunity of a paid internship in our company.
