About six months ago, we took a vector for the digital transformation of enterprises. The result of our activity was the digitalization project of the pasta factory in the city of Baikalsk.
The plant produces large volumes of products, which are valued not only in the Irkutsk region, but also in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Mongolia.
The production capacity of the plant allows us to produce more products, but this is impossible without digital transformation.
To conduct an audit of production processes, we organized a business trip to the enterprise. We conducted a study to determine the points of productivity growth and labor efficiency due to digitalization. According to the data obtained, the main tasks that lay in the plane of accounting for products and their packaging were determined. We chose the tools to solve these problems and concluded an agreement on the implementation of digital transformation with the management of the plant.

- Carried out technological auditing
- As a result of the auditing, developed a draft of the software system for recording raw materials and products at the factory
- Updated the hardware system in the zone of product filling and integrated it with the accounting system
- Finalized the software and implemented it as the web-interface for remote control of the hardware system in the production area
