For 2 years on the basis of the company, we have conducted an internship for more than 25 students. At the same time, there were 2 times more applicants. How it was in 2021 and 2022, you can read in the blog.
We have signed agreements with three Irkutsk universities — IRNTU, ISU, IrGAU — and the Angarsk Industrial and Economic College on cooperation in the field of training specialists and the implementation of joint projects. It turned out to be not so difficult, but brought tangible results. More and more young people interested in the development come to us for practice and internship, and we are forming a reserve for the professional community in our region.

The procedure for selection for an internship:
- Send us to hr@t-code.ru a short resume and write why you want to get an internship with us
- Prepare a self — presentation in the format .pdf — who I am, my skills, my abilities, my hobbies, examples of my work.
- You come to our office with a self-presentation and tell us about yourself.
- We give you a test task, you complete it within a reasonable time and protect us
- If everything suits us and you, you are an intern at true.code!
